What You Need to Know
Usually 10-15 business days. Rush printing is sometimes available.
Please note that even if Rush printing is available it will be a minimum of 6-8 business days - which includes file review, platemaking, ink mixing, paper ordering, and actual printing!
Files & Printing
Files should be .ai or .pdf files with all type converted to vectors, and art vectorized or embedded as high-res .tifs. The entire file including copy marks must be in CMYK (0,0,0,100). Contact us for help or if you have questions.
Letterpress and offset (digital) printing can be combined.
Ink & Color Matching
Inks are mixed to match by hand according to the Pantone solid uncoated system. We can use both metallic and neon inks for no additional charge.
Metallic inks will be matte finish, for a more glossy finish foil-stamping would be required.
I stock Flurry and Savoy cotton papers, but we can use any paper you’d prefer, including a wide variety of specialty stocks.
The largest sheet size we can handle is about 10×15, but we can sometimes work out a larger sheet, depending on the art and end goals.
Pricing for invitations/notecards is based per card and includes the following:
- Plate fee
-Actual Print Run
-Cost Paper (you can supply this)
I have samples of letterpress work available upon request. Paper samples will be provided if needed, once the estimate has been finalized.
I work with several partner printers for digital printing and can combine digital and letterpress options per card or across the suite.
