When will my order ship? Online shop orders are typically processed between 5-7 business days. We usually ship with USPS First Class mail unless otherwise requested!

International? We do not currently ship internationally. If you are interested in that option please contact us.

Who Designs the Cards? All card and tea towel designs are created by artist Jenn Newton owner of With Love Paperie.

Who Does the Printing? Letterpress designs are printed in house on one of our three vintage letterpress printers (Helga, Stella, and Betty). Digital prints and tea towels are printed with our partner printers.

Will you print my designs? Absolutely! Just check out the wholesale printing page under custom services.

How can I pay? You can use any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card for checkout. You can also use ApplePay and other preferred checkout methods.

Can I Use My Junk Email Address?
Please be sure to use contact information that is current and regularly checked during the checkout process. We may need to contact you with questions so please make sure you add in the right email address!

All sales are final. 

Cards and gift items will be replaced/exchanged with the same item if they are damaged in shipping. 

If you have damaged goods or need to request return for other reasons please email me at hello@withlovepaperie.com.

New goods will be sent within 24hrs to replace damaged items via ground or first class shipping.
