Planning an event or wedding can be overwhelming, stressful and hard to manage. I want to make sure that none of those are true where With Love is concerned. It's why I offer Full Service or Less to all of my clients. Meaning that you can do as little or as much as you want where your Save the Dates, Invitations, Day-Of Materials and Post event items are concerned.

It's always easiest to work with someone you know, trust and click with so I like to start my client relationships with a zoom call. We can share ideas, go over a plan and get me all the information I need to give you a quote. Then it looks like this:

We handle the business side of things.

• A quote and contract are emailed over for review and revisions - there are always some changes on the deliverables here to stay in budget or add something you really loved. If you decide we are good fit, you pay the 60% deposit.
• You will also receive the envelope address template to complete with your guest list for printed envelopes.

I create designs you are going to love!

• I will create 3 designs for you to choose from that match your style, experience goals, and the things we talked about.
• You can mix and match the designs and make any adjustments to make them perfect for your special day.
• We will also make wording adjustments together based on the traditional etiquette and any rules you want to break :)

Final reviews and proofs

• Once everything has been decided including design, wording, etc. I will send a final proof for you to review with your partner/team/cat and whoever else can help!
• This is the last chance for edits before we go to print - so we are going for perfection here! Everything is sent to print!

Packaging and Mailing

• If you have chosen for me to package everything. I will wrap bellybands, tie ribbons, add wax seals etc before stuffing each envelope and adding the postage. I can then turn everything over to you to mail or I can even take it to the post office for you!
• You can also choose to do this portion on your own - and I will put one together so you can see how it should be setup as an example.

Ongoing Work

• Once our initial work together is done (sad times!), I am always available for smaller projects like holiday cards, personal stationery, client materials and more (happy times) . I love handling all things paper!

How long will it take to have your completed invitations or stationery?

• Corporate/personal event and stationery will generally be completed in 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and client approvals.
• Full Custom Wedding invitations and stationery generally takes 4-8 weeks for design, printing packaging and mailing and is based on complexity and client approvals.
• Personalized Wedding invitations (coming soon) will be ready for approvals and printing in 3-5 days and can be completed as quickly as 2-4 weeks.

At With Love, we work with clients that are celebrating personal or professional milestones, events or other celebrations.

We are available for all types of wedding events and ceremonies and enjoy including all sorts of traditions. Whether they've been performed for thousands of years or will be done for the first time, every expression of love and commitment is beautiful and deserves a celebration! We are here to make the right invitations and stationery for you, whoever you are and whoever you love. All forms of love are welcome and celebrated here!

How can I pay on the site? You can use any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card for checkout. You can also use ApplePay and other preferred checkout methods.

How can I pay for custom invitations or stationery?You will receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link to pay the deposit and subsequent payments on your custom order.

Can I Use My Junk Email Address?
Please be sure to use contact information that is current and regularly checked during the checkout process. We may need to contact you with questions so please make sure you add in the right email address!

Who Designs the Cards? All designs are created by artist Jenn Newton owner of With Love Paperie.

Who Does the Printing? Letterpress designs are printed in house on one of my three vintage letterpress printers (Helga, Stella, and Betty). Digital prints are printed with my partner printers.

I am a graphic designer, will you print my designs? Absolutely! Just reach out via email at hello@withlovepaperie.com for more info.

Cards and gift items will be replaced/exchanged with the same item if they are damaged in shipping. 

If you have damaged goods or need to request return for other reasons please email me at hello@withlovepaperie.com.

New goods will be sent within 24hrs to replace damaged items via ground or first class shipping. 

I love designing invitations and stationery and do all the design work here in the studio. I also handprint all of my letterpress work on one of my 3 antique printing presses (Helga, Stella, and Betty).

Do you mail invitations? I am happy to package and mail your event or wedding invitations. Please note that once they are dropped off at USPS (pictures provided), With Love Paperie will no longer be responsible for the delivery or loss of invitations.

When will my order ship? Online card orders are typically processed between 5-7 business days. We usually ship with USPS First Class mail unless otherwise requested!
